Traditional Albanian professional byrek

In this video I am showing how to make professional Albanian byrek. I have made two types of byrek: family size byrek and triangular byreks. This is the professional way of making byrek but can be learned by the housewives as well, to make byrek at home easy and fast.


For the dough
1 kg flour
20 gr salt
600 ml water
240 gr butter

For the filling
cottage cheese
2 eggs
500gr spinach
