This is the traditional Albanian recipe of savory crepes

Recipe
For the batter:
2 eggs
flour
700 ml milk
salt

For the filling:
white cheese
yellow cheese
chopped garlic
chopped walnuts

For the liquid:
2 tbs olive oil
2 glasses of water
salt
1 garlic clove
